In fact, you can almost be certain that if a plugin adds commands or adds overpowered items, it will require permissions to be granted. As a noob at plugins, I eventually learned that if you use PermissionsEx and Essentials together, Essentials is gonna throw a fit if you don’t list all the permissions.
